I've been an E39 owner for several years, this will be my first E90.
It has 100k miles, so I will be looking the cooling system over carefully, having had fun with that on two E39's. Interesting that the E39 and E90 seem to have cooling system issues at the same 100k mile interval, though for different reasons.
Anything else come to mind as possible trouble spots?
This is primarily for my wife's use. I was looking at more humble wagons, but found that a T with equivalent mileage can be had for about the same or less than an Subie Imprezia wagon and not much more than a Focus wagon. Even with the higher maintenance, that's a no brainer for me - take the style.
