So my front driver side tire is shot on my 07 335i with staggered 19" on M5 repshttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/10/05/04fb659585553c016e95f93cbd09f728.jpg. I've had bad tire chop on only this wheel. I've checked the suspension out and can't find any loose or visually work components and I've done a decent amount of suspension work on other vehicles. I'm attaching a photo if anyone else has any ideas of what might be causing bad chop like this. Tire pressure is at 36psi for all tires. I drive 500 miles a week so that's contributed to the fast wear. The other front tire has no chop whatsoever.

I'm going to pull them all today and put my stocks back on. Then I'll have the tires pulled on these rims and clean up some road rash and put on new fronts. My rears are actually better than the fronts. Lol

Your car has too much toe out ... get an alignment ...

I found the problem and it turns out it's the upper control arm bushings. I don't know why I couldn't tell a couple months ago at first signs of wheel chop unless they weren't that bad yet. Jacked the car up yesterday and was able to rock the wheel side to side. Ordered two new control arms and pulled the bad ones off. I am still trying to get the passenger side lower control arm off (boot was cracked so I ordered one of them as well) and managed to pop the wrench off yesterday and whack myself in the head requiring a few stitches. lol
