Fitment Question: 18x8.5 - 235/40 - 35mm offset

i'm looking to purchase a set of BBS CH 18x8.5 w/35mm offset and want to run 235/40s all around on my e46 323Ci. I'm dropped on Schnitzer shocks/springs...will this set up rub or should i be ok?

i've searched a bit, but can't find a definitive answer.
