E90 320D upgrades

Hi this topic has probably been covered before but on my searches i couldnt find much so I thought I would make my first post.
I have a 10 plate 184 model 320d and my turbo failed which got me thinking about upgrading it instead of stock replacement but i couldn't find much online about what my options were and i called a few companies and they all just did refurbs not upgrades for my car (mitsubishi modle turbo).
I wanted to know if any 330d pr 335D bits were straight swaps but couldn't find anything.

This lead me to the bigger scope of performance upgrades, can anyone point me in the right directon of what parts i can swap from higher models or upgrades to do that will be worth looking into

No, no striahgt upgrade for your car.. you have n47 engine which has a very difficult manifold that does not fit anything else!

There is a garret version of turbo for your car from same engine which can be made hybrid up to 250hp. this turbo is for 380 hp target on 2.0d or 450hp on 3.0d
