I hate to admit it but you are right, they are out there.

UNFORTUNTELY THEY ARE ALL TAKEN!!! The ones that arent are pretty much an emotional nightmare because they are so mentally scarred from their last boyfriend that no matter how good they look you just want a good pair of Nike's so you can run...run as far away as possible.

At least that is my experience hehe now Im just searching(found one and in hot pursuit!) for the international girls--They dress expensively, act classy and damn do they look good :cool:

North American girls are all wrapped up and obsessed with "the game" (not showing their feeling...blah blah bullshit dating game) and equality (smack you for opening the door......).

Hey, I found a great way to screen 'em, second only to Tommy's questionnaire. Have 'em tag along to a driving school/track day/run-what-ya-brung dragstrip Friday.

Did that two weekends ago. 5'8" blonde, Swedish parents, from Tucson.

I let her drive the first leg from Phoenix to Cali while I napped because of a late night. I knew I was off to a great start when I kept hearing comments like, "Wow, this car rides so nice! Gee, so much power. All I have to do is think and the car responds. Golly, it's so much better than my Nissan pickup."

We were up at 5:30 am every chilly morning, endured 85 degree heat in the sun all day, and ate bag lunches supplied at the track. And she didn't even get to drive on the track, except for 6 laps as a passenger with an instructor.

How'd it go? Well, she was always offering to help me trackside, but she's so damn pretty I didn't want her to get dirty re-torquing my lug nuts (no pun intended) or checking tire pressures.

She watched every track session that I drove, and even had an intelligent comment about my driving style / improvement each time. Took pictures, too, but her technique is sure to improve.

She even mingled well with the crowd, asking all kinds of questions. She learned something new each time I went out, and she did a good job fending off advances from all the hound dogs like GMAT trying to steal her from me!!

And, she was great just sitting there, sunning while reading her textbooks (Grad Student). Ain't nothing like great eyecandy next to my Bimmer, ya know!!

Oh, and get this. My run group had a classroom session but I needed gas for the next track session. She even made a fuel run while I was in class! Bumped the front airdam on the curb while parking, but, hey, she had been such a great sport it didn't even phase me!!

And at the end of the day, being as tired as I was, she even put up with ME saying, "not tonight, honey, I'm exhausted." I made up for it in the morning, though.

Drawbacks: Her curiosity about EVERYTHING was a bit annoying when I was pressed for time. Wish I had had more time to answer her questions as they came up. NOTE: this will improve as she learns more at future schools.;)

She started to nag me about danger after a student rolled his M3 on the first day, but the nagging stopped as soon as she got a ride with an instructor, saying how much fun it is and how she sees why folks love their cars so much.

Now she even understands why I chose to drive Road Atlanta last year instead of flying to Tucson to spend the weekend with her!!

The real killer was when she got on I-5 for the drive home. Traffic was light, and I could tell that the speed had crept up on her. The speedo said 98 mph, and I just observed from the passenger seat, waiting for her to glance down at the speed. It went something like this . . . "HOLY SHIT, I'm doing a HUNDRED!!!"

Think she's a keeper, fellas?

I tell ya, take 'em to the track. You'll either learn a lot about her and drop her like a hot potato, or she'll learn why you love your car so much, and she may even love your car with you. Can't beat a Menage A Trois, even of this type!!!

Oh I feel your pain Atticka! It's especially worse out here where ALL the hot girls come to be stars! Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, or Hollywood - California. Too many games! That's for sure. But I do like the idea of testing a girl out by taking her too the track. I may do that with one when the San Diego Idyllwild Drive is rescheduled. She lives in San Diego and I can take her with me. She said she loves "speed" so that was a plus for sure! We'll see how things turn out. It's a lifestyle we have guys.

We love our cars. I'd also take a girl who is REALLY into working out and going to the gym as much as I do. They understand they "pump" that you get after working out. Same feeling when I floor it on an on-ramp! So these girls ARE out there. It's just a matter of finding them.

Phantom, GREAT POST! You lucky dog! "Back in the day" I went and did the California Superbike School at Riverside Raceway (where?) with several friends. My buddy brought his hottie g.f. to the school as she rode a 500 twin, grew up racing, etc etc. Anyway, after the first session the school put us on the track according to lap times. First was a club racer, then me, my pals girlfriend followed next by him, and on down the line. Man, that girl cold ride! Looked pretty darned good in some tight leathers too... Kinda reminds me of a Richard Thomas blues song, had a line that went "red hair and black leather jeans, ... two of my favorite color schemes..." It was about a Vincent Black Lightning.
