What is the stock ride height (front and rear) for a `93 525i ? This would be measuring from the bottom lip of the wheel to bottom section of the peak of the wheel arch. 15x7" style 5 cross-spoke stock wheels with 225/60-15 tires - that's what the 535i had.

id imagine this information is in the Bentley manual. This should be measured from the center of the wheel to the peak of the arch, that way wheel/tire size is not a factor.

For your car, assuming non-sport suspension and assuming the 15" wheels, the factory manual lists:
Front: 588 mm
Rear: 522 mm
Measurement Conditions: 68 kg on each of the front seats, 68 kg in middle of rear seat, 21 kg in trunk, fuel tank is full
Those measurements are as you stated - bottom lip of wheel vertically to the bottom of the fender. They give different measurements based on wheel diameter.

its certainly worthy of purchase. its a serious help for most work. Torque values, sensor diagnostics, wiring diagrams, etc.

AHenry14: I'd like to get one at some point.
eddycooper: Yep, it's non-sport. Since I don't plan on putting near 150 lbs. in each seat, weight in the back seat, and trunk, though full tank I can do... my readings should be higher than the specs. What a pain that they do that. Thank you.
You can find it online, you just have to look.
