N55 with SES light after BMS Stage 1

I've done a lot if searching on this forum and two others and I really can't find an answer. Almost all I find is related to the JB4.

I have a 2011 e92 msport and the only mods are the BMS air intake, which I've had for a while with no problems. Added the BMS Stage 1 last week and the SES light came on. Car runs fine, no issues at all, just have the SES on the dash.

Anyone know if the SES will disappear on its own after the car adapts, or do I need to have this cleared?

Update.

Went to Auto Zone and had the following codes: P0108,
P112F, and P12A5.

P0108 was cleared, but the other two would not. This also cleared the SES. Drove home, no problems.

Started the car this morning and the SES is back on. Again, car seems to drive fine. Thinking of taking the piggyback off to see if this gets rid of the SES as it did not come on until I installed it.
