For Sale: 1990 535i $3400

1990 535i. Salmon Silver Metallic. 240K miles. 5 speed. Winter package which means heated seats (which work,) and factory LSD.

Recent new parts/mods include:

Water pump
Thermostat
Fan Clutch
Autosolutions 30% SSK w/ ZHP knob
Turner Motorsports Performance Chip
OEM engine and transmission mounts
e38 style 5 wheels with 225/50 Dunlop ZII tires (low miles)
12mm spacers front (Bimmerworld), 15mm spacers rear (Turner)
Euro side markers, trim, taillights, and license plate frame
Bav Auto springs (front only)

What doesn't work:
Windshield washer nozzles
Door locks (worn parts on in the drivers door, have parts kit on hand to repair, goes with the car)
Oil pan gasket need replaced unless you can put up with a bit of leaking oil (gasket on hand, goes with the car)
A bit of rash on right rear fender (a few owners ago, scraped a gas station bollard.)

Everything else pretty much works - power seats, power windows, etc.. is getting good mileage at the moment.

Lot of spare parts.

We can set the car up a little bit cheaper if you want to run without the the chip, spacers, and Dunlops. I have a set of 15x7 style 5's, Michelin winter tires, and a set of Pirellis. Again, we can set it up however you like.

I was the PO of this car I would like to add a couple features of the car Nick missed.

1. The drivers seat has both lumbar and heated features
2. There is euro rear headrest installed
3. pass through ski bag

How much did the turner motorsports chip help the car come alive?

To describe the chip, it feels good! You do get the feeling there is a little more power/torque there. For a daily driver, it makes me feel like there is adequate power for me to be happy.

I also forgot to mention a few things. New cap and rotor installed within the last 6 months. New guibo and refreshed exhaust bolt hardware. This is specially important if you plan on dropping the exhaust at the manifold connection. There is also a new O2 sensor. I have a log of all maintenance performed and mods installed.

Reason for selling is looking for a clean E30.
