saw one in jersey zipping around, usually mini's just putt around, but this one was zippy. it didn't have dealer plates so i didn't take a pic.

It's been quoted as summer 2004 but that could be anytime now. Realistically, i would guess August/September since it is an 05 model.

July build MINIs will be 2005 model year so the convertible should be available for test drives in August.

The one in New Jersey is the promo one they've been using for photos and at events - we got to see it at the Dragon Run in May...
