Help identifying small grey tube that comes out of supercharger

It's the small grey tube that comes out from the top of the supercharger intake and at the front of the water pump!

Does any one know what this tube is for. Have'nt seen it on any other eaton m45 supercharger?

And while we are at it, is the throttle body located before or after the supercharger?

I believe it's a bypass valve.

The TB is before the SC.
