Bmw 2002 Ignition issue

HI , So i have this 1975 bmw 2002 since 2012 , its been working fine till i sent it to redo the flooring on it... since i got it back every time i turn the key to on position or to off position i see a big spark coming from the wires in the back of the ignition switch. I am wondering if it s just a ground issue? and secondly i have this box that s connected to a wire that goes on the ignition switch for buzzing purpose when the key is on, its hanging loose i they don t know where it was bolted too. I did a lot of search and could not find anything.

And these are the back of the switch , now they said that they did not touch anything in there...
anything unusual that you guys see?
