obd1 e36 m3 tuning

Hello,
I am interested in learning as much as i can about tuning in the obd1 system. I have pretty extensive tuning experience using obd2 software like HP Tuners for several GM vehicles, but OBD1 is a mystery. Frankly after searching on line for a few days. . . it is still a mystery. So if those who have experience could point me in a good direction i would appreciate it. It is humbling to go from adjusting cam advance tables to not even knowing how to tweak spark timing. . .

download tunerpro and then get the xdf and bin. this will show you where and what for that revision of the chip. its a 413 dme. Im not 100% positive the s50 ran the 413 but I think it did. someone else will chime in.
