N54 Exhaust help

I recently installed Macht Schnell catless downpipes and a Cobb cat back system on my '08 135i, which already had a Dinan stage 2 tune. It is intermittently running good/bad requiring an off/on reset to clear it up. Any ideas or suggestions?

BTW, both products are excellent quality, I would recommend them.

I have a question I just got a Dinan s3 on my 535i would I be able to add on top of that the Cobb ?

you need to tune for the downpipes. kill your dinan tune and get a cobb v3 or jb4. MHD app is cool too.

If I kill the dinan tune and get the Cobb v3 what would be the difference in performance ?
