I have been with Toyota for almost 5 years, found an opportunity to get on with BMW. Higher Pay, Better Benefits, A/C Shop, Higher End Clients, ETC...
My questions are, What are your experiences when switching brands/dealerships?
Any advice?
I am wanting a change, tired and frustrated of current dealership, looking for something new to learn/do.
Thank You in Advance!

No questions but some advice. Most of the clients you will run into love their car, try to treat it/them like that instead of a paycheck. Drop back by now and then, we all like making new friends and having an inside track.
Good luck and welcome to the forums!

Two toyota technicians recently started in our shop. They're both completely comprehensive of general diagnostics and repairs. The first one who started replaced a timing chain under the CCP within his first month here.
Just like any shop, don't be "THAT GUY", and you'll be fine. If it's in your hands, you can see it with your mind, and feel it with your heart, you got it. Best of luck brotha.
