I want to get a dinan tune for my 2013 bmw x3 28i f25. It's $1500 and $200 for installation. Is it worth getting? I also have supersprint quad exhaust coming in the mail. Is that a good exhaust by any chance. I bought it blindly just cuz it looks nice.

^ Please tell me you're kidding! Supersprint is high quality BMW exhaust, but why would you want to do that and Dinan to an X3??? to each his own.

Not sure what benefits you will get from the dinan tune. A bit of extra boost? I wouldn't spend my money on it personally. Could be fun though.

What? Totally worth it. I have an X1 2.8 with a dinan stage 1 and it was instantly more fun and definitely quicker.

A few weeks later I installed an afe intake, and again I instantly was glad I put it in. My next two will likely be the supersprint exhaust and evolution racewerks downpipe. Then I'll be done. This is a lease I'll buy at the end, my next one will likely be the 435 grand coupe. The I'll do it all over again.

Interesting comment. I have a 428xi F33 coming in and am thinking of upgrading to Stage 1 at the Dealer. According to Dinan it will boost HP by ~ 40+ which is significant. Done by adjusting the Turbo +3 lbs w/minimal effect on mileage at cruise and a minor toll from 3500-Redline in aggressive driving. I have a 335i so getting the HP up to its level seems like a no-brainer despite the comments above. Anyone else have experience with x28i/xi recent models with Dinan Stage 1????

I have a 2014 F33 xDrive with an N20 engine (says ULEV not SULEV, believe that is the way to tell), and I'm considering upping the boost as well (I modified my 2004 S60R a LOT, so not looking to repeat that, just want a bit more power). New to the BMW world, so not sure what options are out there besides Dinan... any comments or suggestion appreciated.
