WTB: E32 735i manual

I am looking for a 735i with very specific conditions:
Must have black paint
Must have black leather
Must have LSD
Needs to be in good to excellent shape, meaning all the mechanicals work, no overheating, A/C functions, no leaks.
Manual HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY preferred, but I will consider automatics.
Heated seats/lumbar support and rear shade would be nice additions, but not required.

Please, don't message or list cars that don't meet the requirements.

I'm selling my 1990 750iL.. It meet all requirements less the transmission.

Black/black w/ rear shade, heated seats w/ lumbar, rear heated and reclining seats, few small quirks but nothing major. ZERO rust, excellent shape.
