I just watched this video of fixing cracks in leather seats, I thought was quite remarkable. It actually is made to fill and repair the cracks in the leather and provide a nice surface for re-dying the existing leather. It takes some time to complete, but this maybe better than total replacement...

For my interiors, I use the Leatherique products, but if I had bad leather seats and didn't want to purchase new interiors, I might try doing something like this...anyone do something similar with crack repairs.

I have done this on my driver's seat and it has lasted 3 years but it may simply be because I am 150lbs. I don't think such a repair can hold up on our seats (driver) for very long. The video is of a non-weight bearing part of the chair which only handles 12oz at a time I bet.
