Hello everyone, last week I tried starting my 2007 530xi and could not get it to turn over and it is currently sitting my the parking lot. I do have power and the battery is new and fully charged. The symptoms I am have are as follows:

Not battery sensor
Not steering angle sensor
DBC Malfunction
Start off assistance Inactive
AWD and DSC Malfunction
When pushing the start button, I get one click and then nothing else
The alternator and starter seen to be working just find and are not making any out of the ordinary noises (I may be wrong)
When the cruise control was on while it was running/working, it had a tendency to rapidly execrate and decelerate
Coolant is a little low as well as power steering but nothing too drastic

This is my first BMW and love this car to death, but being a first time owner I need a little help! thank you all very much

If it's not even turning over, it's starter or battery. Before starting, measure your battery voltage after its been sitting a while. Then try getting a boost from someone. If it starts, measure the voltage after it's running. If both voltages are low, it's the alternator and/or regulator. If the running voltage is nice and high, then likely the battery. Pull it out and go have it load tested at an auto parts store. If you put in a new battery, the car needs to have it registered. (you need software to do this or a dealer/independent shop with software).
