I just switched in an LED backlight into my OBC. It sure is nice having it work if for nothing other reason than I now have a clock to let know how late I'm running. There is one thing though, my temp says it is 127 degrees F outside which is about double what it really is. Is this a matter of calibrating it or does it mean my temp sensor is no good, or?

I think when the sensor is bad, it usually goes to a freezing temperature. But I would still bet the sensor is dead.

127ºF = 52.778ºC. Probably the temp sensor, the plug or the wiring, similar problem like here on the E32, there it goes usually to around minus 30 degrees C http://bmwe32.masscom.net/johan/OBC_temp/OBC_temp.html
