Where can I get a set of valves for a m62b44. Or whats my best option? Replace the heads?

How were the valves bent? You may need new pistons, too. Have you torn the engine down?
Valves s/b available from the dealer, or parts suppliers who handle Euro car parts.

When my friend's 7 series' chain guides broke, it bent some of his valves.
We ended up taking both heads to a head/valve shop & they replaced the bent valves (over half of the valves were bent, IIRC) with new valves & seated (actually, re-seated) the other valves, just so all the valves would have a good, clean seat.
That was over 4 years ago, and something like over 50k miles, and his V8 is still running strong.
Not saying this is your only option, just one that worked for us.

I'm either replacing the heads or gonna take it to a machine shop. One or the other. Might just get one head and hope for the best

Pull the heads first, inspect for damage (including the pistons), then figure out what to do.
How did you find out you've got bent valves?
