I am really wanting to get into a 335 just because of how awesome the car is but I only have the budget for one with 100k miles on it. The fuel pump has been replaced but the turbos are orginal. I asked the guy if he had heard the wastegate rattle and he said no so I feel pretty safe about it but I dont know. What is you guys opinion. I have a budget of 15k basically.

Every used car is a crap shoot. Every wastegate is going to rattle sometime.

100K isn't too much for the engine or the car. If it's been well taken care of and has no outstanding maintenance items (other than brakes and tires perhaps), you might well buy it. Start putting aside $100 per month for new turbos/wastegates and be happy.

With this car specifically, like floydr said make sure you have money set aside. It my first year of ownership I spent just over 2k in parts (I did the labor). It's a great car but you have to be able to afford to take care of it also. If you do a search you can see what common problems arise such as the waterpump/thermostat which is around the mileage.
