5mm spacers on the fronts - Do I need them in the back as well?

Im using 5mm spacers on the front hubs so my E36 M3 stock 17x7.5 wheel clears my H&R coilovers. Im not using any spacers on the back, Do I need to? or will not having them on the back throw off the alignment?

Any help would be appreciated! :)

If there is space at the fender lip I would use them on the rear as well. It will not hurt the car or the alignment to just run them on the front though.
