To run map 5, do need to run with e85 also?
I have intake, chargepipe, strait pipe exhaust

No, map 5 is the autotuning and will run 12-17 PSI. It will adjust to your mods and weather conditions. It is safe to run with an e85 mix but not necessary. I've been using map 5 with no mods and 91 for a few years and now have a number of mods and plan to run an e85 mix more often.
