I have a BMW 328i coupe 2008 I put anti-freeze and two weeks later a light comes on the it needs more anti freeze. Could it be a leak? Is this normal to refill every 2-3 weeks. That's the symbol that comes on when I turn my car http://www.bmwdot.com/bmw/bmw-e46-warning-lights-coolant/

No, you shouldnt have to fill it every 2-3 weeks. You need to find the leak as soon as possible. A cooling system pressure test should help with that.

Is that something any mechanic can do?

Almost any shop should be equipped to do a cooling system pressure test.
