Deciding on 335i Convertible

I am going to see/drive a 2009 335i convertible at a BMM dealer. The car has 58K miles, sport and premium packages, unfortunately automatic though. I can get the car for $21,500 which seems like a good deal, but I have 2 concerns. The car was hit in the rear back in 2010. Was fixed at the dealer and looks perfect, but the accident is on the car fax. Also it has had 4 owners already. Last one one had the car for only a few months, which I am concerned is a possible red flag.

I am looking for opinions on the carfax and the price from those of you in the know. Thanks in advance.

That is an excellent price however there are plenty of E93's out there that are not plagued with a damage report. My opinion is to pass and keep looking...
