Hi there,
I am a owner of a BMW 320 2012. Last 2 weeks my car presented a loud grinding sound while driving. A few times sounded like I was dragging a piece of cardboard underneath the car. I stopped the car and took a look and nothing could be found. The problem seems to come from the front wheels and resembles of something dragging underneath the car. When my winter tires were replaced last Saturday I asked the dealership to inspect underneath the car and they said there was nothing wrong or lose. The sounds is intermittent and it comes and goes. I managed to record the problem and took this morning to my dealership.
Just got a call from the dealership stating they could not find anything wrong with my car. Well, if my car is making the sounds i hear, i am 100% certain something is broken or lose. It is clear to me the dealership is not taking my concerns seriously enough even with me providing a sample of the sound recorded with my phone. This apparently didn't create any urgency from the mechanics to investigate deeply the problem as they cannot hear anything while driving the car.

No sure what to do. Anyone experience something similar
