Hey everyone,
Can someone explain how this leather boot works and how to re attach it to the steering column?
Thanks everyone for looking and helping, finally got all my check engine codes fixed so now I'm working on all the little things to get her back to stock as possible.

The leather boot should pull up over the top of the plastic shroud. If you look closely, you'll see two plastic pins on the underside of the edge of the leather boot. They snap into place in the holes on the edge of the plastic shroud.

Ya i see the pins and I see holes that the pins should go in but the holes are to big so i push it in and it just comes out as if the plastic shroud is missing some clips or something.
Does anyone have any pictures of this area maybe taken apart?

I had the same problem with mine, I just used some good double sided tape and it looks good as new. IMO its not worth it to replace the entire thing, I've had mine like that for 2+ years and didn't even think about it until I saw your post.
