install Jaguar Rims on my 550i GT ?

mine is a 2011 550i gt

and this evening, i made a mistake that i bought a set of used 245-45 R19 rims and tires.

but i found the hole on the new rims is bigger than my bmw rims' and the lug nuts could not fasten the rims(i think)

what should i do??? can i get these new rims installed?

2 things you can do, get an adapter that makes your center bore and lug holes line up. Or you cab buy hubcentric rings to correct the center bore difference and buy wobble bolts to line up the lug nuts.

Most of these parts can be had cheaply on eBay or go to a good wheel shop and they can do it all for you for more$$$$$.
