I want to put a single mass flywheel from a e28 535i in my car do I need to buy the clutch kit for that flywheel as we'll or can I just use the stock clutch kit I have on the car already.

You'll need a clutch disc with a sprung hub.

So you need another clutch and plate. Would also replace throw out bearing and pilot bearing. Need shorter bolts for the fly wheel. Just did this. Have chatter only in 4th.

If for either a e28 or a e34 as long as it is for a m30 it would work. I will say this I now have clutch chatter in 4th, for a daily drive I believe if I had it to do over I would have left it the dual mass.

If I were to go with the e28 could I just buy the clutch kit from Bav auto are the transmisson seals and pivot pin and rear engine seal still the same as the e34 b35
