Blowing fuses

Well i keep blowing fuses, my cigarette socket occassionally blows the fuse when i put my phone charger in it and my dome interior lights do not work nor do my reverse lights. I repaired the trunk loom and still have no reverse lights and it blows the fuse right when i put it in reverse. I inspected the wires underneath the shift knob and all are in good condition. Where to go from here ?
