Hi all, looking for some advice please.

Over the last few months the rear passenger side window of my e90 has been playing up. If you put the window down it would often take a few attempts to get it to go up. It would either start to come up a bit and stick until you pressed the Switch again Or if it was down fully it would stick in that position and take countless attempts before it would go up again. This morning it took ages to go back up and a combination of ignition on and off, locking and unlocking and putting all the windows down and back up from the keyfob eventually worked. Does this sound to you like a motor or regulator fault, as the window is not going down itself or anything and you can hear the motor start to work before the window sticks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards.

Have the same problem, looks like rubber seal prevent it from opening if it was fully down.
in such cases I just move this seal a bit aside and at the same time press button up so it closes ok.
maybe it is the week motor.
