Engine Malfunction/SES Light- but no codes

so I got a 07 335i with a jb4 running on 40% e85 with full bolt on except intercooler upgrade. So every time I punch it and hit past 3-4000rpm my Engine malfunction light comes on, SES light randomly comes on aswell.'t throw any codes. ive seen other posts but I haven't seen any that had the same issues. car doesn't take long to crank so I don't believe its the fuel pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!!

You should be able to run data log on the JB4, so it can tell you what's causing that.
