Are they 3 series wheels?
The offset is stamped on the inside of the wheel

3 series wheels aren't going to fit. Offset is wrong

You're going to need spacers if you're going to run those wheels.

Spacers and probably some longer lug bolts.

Just save yourself the headache and get a set of wheels with the proper offset. The great thing about the e34 is that the offset can make for some nice concave or deep(ish) dish wheels. It'll just look better in every way. Just look at the various members' pics for too see what a proper offset wheel looks like.

You asked what you need to install them. The answer to that question is an e36.
But seriously, you will need at least a 20mm spacer in front and a 25mm spacer in the rear to fit those wheels on an e34. I would not use lug bolts that long, use studs instead. One place to look for stuff is motorsporthardware dot com.
IMO, using this big of a spacer on the street is not a responsible thing to do.

Why using 20mm spacer with longer bolts is not safe?

Well.... the idea of the question was how to solve this problem. Because i like Style 68, those look nice in my E34, i think!

What a bunch of crap responses.
You're going to need spacers to push those wheels out. Make sure you buy high quality spacers. H&R. The model used should only to the hub, allowing you to bolt the wheel to the spacer. They are as strong as a stock config. Look for the ET on the back of the wheel, and the ET on your old wheels, and use one of the many offset calculators on the web to figure out what size spacer you use.

Ok from a purely PHYSICAL point of view...
Stock E34 wheels are 15x7 ET 20
Those Style 68 are 17x7.5 ET41 Front and 17x8.5 ET50.
From a MM point of view you will need 20mm spacers in the front and 30mm spacers in the rear.
