E92 M3 - Wheel and Tire Selection

I'm new to the forum, so I apologize if this has already been asked.

I have an E92 M3 (non-comp package), and I just purchased a square wheel setup; Apex Arc-8 wheels - 18x9.5 ET22.

I'm looking to purchase Michelin PS2s, but I'd like some advice on which size to go with for a square setup;

Square; 265 / 40 ZR 18
OR
Square; 265 / 35 ZR 18

I'm looking at the 40's only because that's the stock size originally on the rear tires. But I'm worried about the 40's rubbing inside the front wheel wells.

Any advice is much appreciated !
