2010 335 recently went to accelerate and engine malfunction reduced power came on. Shut car off and on and disappeared. Could not Accellerate. Came to a stop and car started shaking. Read code as PO306. Changed out all plugs and coils and reset throttle adaptation. Still cannot Accellerate and a lot of fuel is being used(185 miles on one tank city). Can anyone advise what else may be the problem or who may have had similar issues. Much appreciated.

I had the same issue. Dealer replaced the HPFP and then the injectors.

I was gonna say injectors... That's indicative of them dumping too much fuel into the combustion chamber. It's less likely the HPFP because there would probably be less gas consumption not more.

He said less gas, not more.

Actually, he said "lots of fuel", not "less gas".

It's your HPFP.

Same thing happened to me. 100% HPFP.

I think injectors may still be a possibility as well.
