Save for my grey interior, I have the same TitanSilber 2001 740i Sport...and it is a sweet ride, but suddenly I want to burn my car down to the frame. That looks great.

Wow very well done, that is quite the conversion. I love how you didn't go over the top, it looks very much stock. If you were unfamiliar with these cars you might not even know. I almost begin to drool anytime I see a S62...

Also, is there a build thread? Haven't been on here in awhile and probably missed it.

There's a thread somewhere I saw a video of it the other day....

what wheels/size are those again? I saw a Chrysler 300 lowered on 20 or 21st viper replicas the other day. .. I almost stole it haha

Wow they are totally different!

They look 200% better in person.

I can only imagine how good your wheels look!!

I have a goofy theory on wheels..... Stock wheels on a lowered suspension looks like you have a broken suspension. Aftermarket wheels on a stock suspension looks like you just gave up.
I still have the mpars and they are still not for sale.

I agree with you on MPars - I took mine off 4 years ago for the style 167's ///M6 wheels - I have them safely stored in my garage with the Toyo's still mounted (no dry rot yet). Up in the corner...

What kind of center console panel did you used for those sweet cupholders? did it need to be modified for the stick shift?

I was hearing how awesome this car was through the grapevine from those that were at Bimmerfest East. I'll tell ya...it's beautiful. What style wheels are those? I think they look fantastic on the car. I would love to see what my car would look like on those. What are you on to get your drop?

Yes Bilstein and H&R II. The wheels are Alufelgen SF71.
The cupholder was part of a Ford console piece. I'm not sure which Ford. It was lying in the floor of an Explorer. I cut it down and it fit in the ash tray just right.

those wheels look awesome on a swb. I don't think it would so much on the lwb.

They're basically knock-off e46 ZCP wheels. I like them on a SWB as well.

Not quite. They are more a copy of BBS CH-R, but didn't cost $650 each.
