Hey guys,

As my car problem is reaching a critical mass I am thinking about selling the M635 project. Too many cars, not enough time or space for all of them. I'm curious how you guys would value this car.

I see two possibilities for it. Sell it as it sits with the incorrect engine, gearbox, rear end, brakes, suspension and interior. Or part that stuff out and sell it as a rolling shell to be restored.

As it sits it's got some nice pieces on it. Fresh Bilstein sports, H&Rs, E32 front brakes, G265/6, 3.46LSD, M30B35, lightweight flywheel + new Sachs clutch, Ireland Engineering headers, etc. The front bumper, air dam, fender flares and rear spoiler are all in nice shape as well. No doubt it's got some desirable parts. I'm sure selling everything off individually would be worth far more money but I'd really hate to see the chassis get crushed. The damage really isn't THAT bad.

What do you guys think? Anyone interested in taking it home? It still runs and drives just fine. Even has a clean title.

I'll take it. What do you want for it?

If you have too many projects to work on this then you have too many projects to spend time parting this out. Sell it for what you bought it for. Without the M88/3 or S38B35 it really is only worth the sum of the second hand parts value.

What color is the interior? I'm having the hardest time finding black sports seats.
