Sunroof question on 2000

I have a 2000 Shorty with a glass sunroof.
I closed the sunshade hard the other day and now when I open the sunroof in the vent mode the sun shade doesn't open slightly like it use to.
The shade does open when the sun roof is opened.
Anyone know what broke? Can I fix it w/o taking sun roof & headliner apart?

I just did this to mine the other day. First time in 16 years it broke. There are two plastic pieces on the sunroof tracks that control that operation. It's called "set of stops" pn 54128158674. I still haven't bought my set yet. Glass needs to be removed to replace these.
