So I'm having trouble deciding on 2 different sets of rims. I can get a set of 18" style 32's for $200 without tires or I can get a set of 15" style 5's for $250 with tires. With or without tires doesn't bother me much, I just can't decide. I really like style 5's and always have, but I like style 32's also. Seeing as how I am going with a lowered fitment look which would you guys recommend?

You mean 16s for the style5s? If you really want the stance look go fer the 18s

If you want low style5s

Sent from my thumbs to your eyes.

Sorry for the typo lol. I have 17" mercedes rims on my car right now and they are just a little too big for my taste honestly. I think it might be because they are so damn ugly doe :/

I believe an 18" is 1 inch bigger than a 17". It is still early, so someone check my math.

18'' is indeed 1 inch larger than 17''

OP how do you expect people to help you if you're going to bash them? Last I checked 18s ARE bigger than 17s so his comment makes sense. What's internet commentary without a little humor and sarcasm?

So let me get this straight...

1: You currently have 17" WHEELS (not rimzzz) on your car. You think the 17" wheels are too big.

2: You are trying to decide between going down an inch to 16" wheels, or going up an inch to 18" wheels.

Oh and IMHO 17" wheels look best on e36s. Never been a fan of 18s with these cars. Your best bet is to hold off and find a set of 17" style 5s to buy and you can just use the tires that are currently on your mercedes wheels.

in the case of the 17" and 18" thing is that my mercedes wheels are in no way elegant and the way they look causes people to ask if they are 19" wheels. So I was thinking that maybe a more elegant set of style 32's even at 18's might look better. My friend has some 18" style 32's on his 528e and they look smaller than my wheels until you sit them next to each other and actually compare size up close.
