1998 328ic front end collision, car turns on, but no crank, alarm sounding

Just bought a 1998 328ic parts car. Car was in front end collision, driver airbag deployed, less than 80k miles, battery still good ( so assuming EWS isn't affecting car). Key turns car to ignition position but when I do the alarm sounds, hazards blink, and no cranking. Is there a collision reset fuse and relay somewhere? I'm reading e36s do not have the BST.
