Anyone know this car: http://www.ebay.com/itm/171376057948?forcerRptr=true&item=171376057948&viewitem=
Seems to cheap to be true.
I think it is just a 635csi, not and M6

It is an M6 according to the VIN#. May have issues that influence price. Lots of miles. Someone should have a look and a drive. Could be a nice find :)

Few and poor quality photos show: aftermarket stereo speakers in front door cards, surface (or worse) cracks in driver's lower seat bolster, trash in the car, missing trim on LF quarter panel. Claimed engine work, if very well documented, could be a plus. Inspect and drive, then decide if this M6 is a bargain that needs TLC or a money pit.

Ive been in touch with the seller. Photos I got seem to confirm it's a real M6.

Auto check shows two reported accidents. One in 94 the other in 2005. Then the car sat. Got transferred to FL.
Depending on the extent of the damage could still be a good buy......Who knows though...

The words "cheap" and "M6" can be a bad combination. Rebuilt motor needs more disclosure and documentation. At $6,300, you can easily spend nearly that amount bringing the car up to respectable/reliable condition.
Many people will look at this car and say, "WOW, an M car for under $7k!!!" only to find AFTER the purchase they are way over their head.
That being said, it's a freakin M car and needs a good home and a second chance at a happy life.

Can you send me what you received? Any proof of engine work? Where are you located?

Aye, therein lies the rub....

I was looking at it too but seller's lack of any history on ebay is also something to be aware of. I haven't seen it advertised anywhere else

If you can't document the engine work, you better be REAL good with a tool set. A good rebuild is $15k, never mind ancillaries or electrical issues.
That said, an M6 is a beautiful thing and TOTALLY worth the work it takes to get them "right".
