i just purchased a set of bilstein sport front and rear shocks and would like to pair it with some new springs, any idea on what would match these shocks the best?

Common choices are the H&R Sport and Eibach (not sure what they're called). If you're looking for less drop, more comfort, etc for the northern roads H&R also has the OE sport.

i got my hands on a set of coilovers from COSMO racing I'm now trying to figure out how to mount the front ones on my car before taking anything apart, do i need a diferent front struct or i can use the stock one, any ideas anyone?

I would have to see them, but most coilovers for the e30 need to have some cutting and welding done on the factory strut housing.
