Help me identify this spoiler!

I this is a spoiler for a BMW but I cannot figure out which BMW.

Looks like it could be an E39 slimmbones spoiler but that seems unlikely...

This one seems to go on a car that is more rounded rear end.

Also, this is the center piece of a 3 piece spoiler.

It seems really rounded for the square e39 trunk.

Thats true. (But FWIW the slimmbones is a three piece (http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/attachments/e39-m5-e52-z8-discussion/163927d1347492169t-you-asked-slimmbones-makes-happen-update-rear-trunk-spoiler-today-004.jpg) - I just thought it might be the center but I didnt notice the back was so rounded...)

I would say E63 but the E63 roundel is too low to require that little cutout for the roundel
E65 perhaps but I cant find anything similar and it has a different contour

Looks like a newer BMW but really not sure... racking my brain :dunno

I thought that too, but the newer BMWs have a large trunk that wraps from the taillights to the sides of the quarter panel so they don't need the 3 piece spoilers..

I can't figure it out.. Maybe it is another make?

It looks completely custom to me. And the space where the roundel cut out is, isn't evenly rounded.
