I get my car done at Advance Auto in Nonantum (Newton). Ask for Steve. Don't know if he shoots alignments on Saturday but he is open.

I'm in Medford, so anything around Somerville or Cambridge would be great, but I could go anywhere north of the Charles pretty easily.

Am I correct in my understanding that it should be a place familiar with bimmers and that there's a special procedure with weighting the driver side etc?

yeah they can compensate for that etc. direct tire does pretty solid work in watertown, or natick.
