Thinking of buying a 97' 840ci. 80k, auto, M package 15,500$

Basically trying to figure out if i shud buy this. its got the M package. LOOKS AMAZING. Seems the owner is a real gear head and Replaced many many things. Any advice ??

Rare, beautiful cars. But that price is pretty high IMO. If shes cherry, shes worth it... but then again its hard to say. Prices on the 8 series range from (no joke) $3000-40,000 (but to be fair the 840 values range from $3,000 to about $18,000 so that car is on the high end)

Also dont be swooned by the PO claiming it has some "M" package... its a sport model with a fancy name.

I think it'd be a mistake to daily drive that car. Not necessarily because of reliability nor because they are impractical per se but, just kind of silly :dunno Guess your user name sort of says it all, huh? :)
