M54 and 5/6MT Dropout

Looking for a 3.0L M54 dropout from a E46 330 including all accessories, wiring harness, ECU, etc. Also need the manual gearbox. Prefer a 6-speed but will take a 5-speed. Let me know what you have! Located in Waldwick, NJ.
