1997 M3/4/5 Black/Black 97k

Selling my beloved 97 M3 Sedan. Life has taken an unexpected turn and I have to find a larger vehicle.
So up for sale is my M3.
Current Milage: 97,200

Bad:
Headliner is sagging
Rear tires need replaced
Will need brakes in the next 10,000 miles
Driver rear strut mount needs replaced

Extras:
HID with Angel Eyes
Aftermarket CD

Car is a good solid example, maintained by my local BMW mechanic.
Full price offer will get the headliner replaced and perhaps the tires.
I am not in a huge hurry to sell, but would like to get sold.

Cooling system not done, Auxiliary fan will be replaced prior to sale. Oil changes are regular. Rear shock mounts being replaced Saturday.
I have owned the car for just over a year, previous maintenance unknown. I have a close friend who is a mechanic at a BMW dealership and he has been over the car and told me it is solid.

New rear shock mounts.
New Rotors and Pads all 4 corners.
New Dunlops on the rear.

Cooling system is original, but can be upgraded as part of the price negotiation. No rust.

Current milage 127k.
Throw out bearing about to go. New clutch on the way.
