WTB: E36/E46 in NJ/NY/PA area

Looking for an E36 or E46 with manual transmission.

Prefer the following:


Highly prefer coupe but will consider the right sedan
Under 150k miles
Documented maintenance history
Minimal rust (tough find up here, I know)


Budget is $8k. Cash in hand.


I am located in NJ and willing to travel a reasonable distance for the right car.
