2007 Z4 Coupe rough ride

The ride on my Z4 is too rough for the roads where I live. I am willing to change out the springs and shocks but need to know what part numbers and where to order. I am also willing to replace the wheels to 16 inch but want to make sure they will fit and what size tires I should put on it.
I have 45K miles on it. I have Bridgestone Potenza re 760 sport 255 r35 18 tires on the rear and 225r 40 18 on the front

Going to a smaller wheel will make a big difference. What psi are you running in the 18s?

32 psi. which is effecting the gas milage but is softer than the recommended pressure

How many miles do you have on your Z4 suspension? Getting aftermarket shocks/springs might be the best option to go if your factory shocks/springs are starting to wear out.
