Well since I opted for the highline look, the only thing missing to be blackened was the side mirrors and door handles. However, since I was not very sure on how it would look, I used plasti-dip. I have to say that its quite strong and sturdy, and should I wish to remove it at anytime, all I have to do is peel it off.

How did you apply it and what type of finish does it have...satin or flat black?

I've watched a couple videos in plasti dip. I have to say I like it. Not being a big fan of chrome, this may be an option for the shadowline treatment. Will put it on my to do list. The way things are going should be 2016 when I get around to it.
Looks good Gunz

thanks guys, i applied it with a HVLP spray gun 0.11" nozzle as per recommendation from the manufacturer. gives it a better application and better finish. The finish is Mat but more on the Satin side. I have to say that is pretty tough and strong. it will peel off but you really have to pull on it. i think its excellent for blacking out chrome. i think its a great product.:)
